Pack Your Items
Securely package your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic hardware and delicate fabrics are protected.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our vault team.
